Qualitative study on psychological needs of patients with medium-thick transplant

【Abstract】ObjectiveTo construct a demand-oriented phased clinical nursing pathway basedonthe psychological neds of patients with medium-thick transplantandtheirfamilies，soastoprovidetheoreticalbasisforoptimizing burnspecialty nursing practice.MethodsThe purposive sampling method wasused to select1O patients or their families who underwent medium-thick skin grafting surgeryintheburndepartmentofatertiaryhospitalfromOctobertoDecember2O23forsemistructured interviews.Colaizzi phenomenologicalanalysiswasusedtoextractthethemesuntil informationsaturation was reached.ResultsTheneeds of patients ortheirfamilies focusedonthree dimensions：communicationand information support（transparencyof doctor-patientcommunication，educationoncomplications）；clinical nursingquality（finewound treatment，personalizedscar management）；process and economic burden （shortened hospitalization duration，transparentcosts， simplified entryandexit procedures）.ConclusionThe study innovatively proposes a "three-stage nursing pathway framework"（preoperative stage-intraoperative stage-postoperative stage），which can systematicallyimprove the treatment complianceandsatisfactionofskin transplantpatientsbyintegrating stagerehabilitationgoals，structured communication proceses，and economic assistance mechanisms.This provides practical referencefor standardizing burn specialtynursing pathways.
