AbstractObjectieToevaluatetheclinicalalcatinstatusofevidencepromotingoralfedinginprematureifantsstrcteview indicatorsnalytaclesdromotigfctorsndprovidesisfofulatingangestrategiesethds：Gidedbytevidec basedhealthcaeodelofteaIsiute，testedeneassummaedevieiicatoreeveloddelie reviewswereconductedfrom July1to September 30，2023.Basedonthereviewresults，obstaclesandpromotingfactors were systematicallalydtoostruttgetedngerategseslts：Uiately22esofstevideneereiuded9ie indicators were developed，and 9 indicators had an accuracy rate of less than 60% ，with 3 indicators having an accuracy rate of O.After analysis，themainobstacleswerethelackofrelevantprocessesandsystemsforpromotingoralfeeding，nsufcientawareessand atentionfrommedicalstaffandalackofinformationtchnologyinevaluationtools.Temainpromotingfactors werestrongleadership ofmanagers，closeinterdisciplinarycooperationexperiencedtrainingteams，andadvancedinformationtechnologyBasedonthis， formulatecorespondingchanged strategies.Conclusion：Thereisagapbetween thebestevidenceforpromotingoralfeedingof prematureinfantsadthecurrntclinicalpracticestatus.Itisnecesarytomaximizeteuseofpromotingfactors toovercomestacles， continuouslypromotecliicalchnges，promotethelcalaplicatinofevideneandimprovetheuaityforalfedingmaageent for premature infants.
