AbstractObjective：Tosystematicallevaluatetheincidenceandinfluencingfactorsofprolongedlengthoftayamong patientswith hipfractures.Methods：Acomprehensivesearch wasonducted inNKI，WanFangData，CBM，ubed，CochraneLibaryWebof Science，andEMbaseforcaseontrolandohortsudiesreportingteincidenceandinfluencingfactorsofprolongedlengthofstaihp fracturepatients.TheretrievaltimewasfromtheinceptiontoJuly2，2O25.Tworeviewersindependentlyscreenedtheliterature， extracteddataandasessedmethodologicalqualityMetaanalysisasperforedusingRevan5.3andStata18.Ooftare.Results： totalof14artcesnvovingO5874patientswithipfractureswereincudedMetaanalysisresultsshowedtattheoedincidcf prolonged length of stay in these patients was 31% 中 95% CI 0.23-O.38）.Factors significantly associated with prolonged length of stay includedAiotioioryeiossi diabetes，heart failure，and anemia（ P<0.001 ）.Conclusion：Clinical healthcare providers can refer to the influencing factors identified in thistudytoimplementagetedinterentionsoasteducetheoccurreofprologedlengthofstayinpatietswithipfractures.
