Abstract：Inthispaper，thestateestimationproblemofT-Sfuzzyneuralnetworksaffctedbymultipledelayandfading chanelsisstudied.Firstly，anewchannelfading modelisproposed，whichconsidersmultipathefectsandhoppngchanel states.Then，aparalelschedulingestimatorbasedonMarkovjumpchannelisdesigned.Inparticular，theestimatorintroduces time-varyingparametersrelatedtochanelstate.Thesufcientconditionstoguaranteethefinitetimeindexareobtained.Fially， TSFNNsandchanelmodelswithspecificparametersaresimulatedtoprovetheflexibilityandrobustnessofthedesigned estimator in finite time.
