氧化铝填充复合材料导热性能的有限元分析

摘  要:选取Al2O3为填料,使用有限元分析法研究Al2O3填料添加量、粒径大小因素对复合材料导热性能的影响。研究结果表明,当填料的添加量较少时,实验与有限元模拟结果接近;当添加量大于15%时,实验值比模拟值高;填料粒径大小对复合材料导热系数影响微小。

Abstract: Al2O3 was selected as the packing to study the effect of the adding quantity, particle size and matrix of the composite.The results show that when the filler adding amount is small, the experiment is close to the finite element simulation results; when the adding amount is greater than 15%, the experimental value is higher than the simulation value; and the packing particle size has little effect on the thermal conductivity of the composite material.
