超重力与真空双重作用下盐溶液再生模拟研究

摘 要:从理论角度分析,建立了超重力床传热模型,确定数值计算公式,对压力为8 kPa、10 kPa、12 kPa,超重力床转速为800~1 400 r/min条件下进行模拟计算,对再生量的大小进行分析。模拟结果显示,再生量的大小与超重力床转子转速呈正相关,与超重力床真空度大小呈正相关。

Simulation of Salt Solution Regeneration under Dual Action of High Gravity and Vacuum

Abstract: From the perspective of theoretical analysis, the heat transfer model of the high gravity bed was established, and the numerical calculation formula was determined. The pressure was selected as 8 kPa, 10 kPa and 12 kPa, and the rotational speed of the high gravity bed was 800~1 400 r/min, and the regeneration amount was analyzed. The simulation results show that the amount of regeneration is positively correlated with the rotor speed and vacuum degree of the high gravity bed.
