一种避难场所选址模型建立及应用案例研究

摘 要：笔者提出一种用于避难场所规划的LA联合选址模型。试验首次将小区作为需求点，将居民区周边可用作居民区紧急避难场所的地点作为服务点，运用3σ人口估算模型对需求点进行需求量估算，再运用LA联合选址模型对需求点与服务点之间的归属关系进行分析，基于ArcGIS软件进行路径展示。

Research on Refuge Site Planning Method

Abstract：A LA joint site selection model for shelter planning is proposed. The experimental plot as demand for the first time， will lead to a residential area can be used as a residential area surrounding the site as a service point of emergency shelters， using 3σ population estimation model to estimate demand of demand point， again LA joint location model is used to analyze the demand point and the ownership of the relationship between the service point， based on ArcGIS software path.
