Abstract：FSW butt test of 15mm thick-plate 7NO1 aluminum alloy was carried out，and analysis test of mechanical propertiesof welded joints was cariedout after welding to study influence of press amount on static tensile properties，tear properties and fatigue strength of 7NOl aluminum ally FSW joints. The research results showed that static load strength and tear performance of 7NO1 aluminum aloy FSW joints were not significantly affected by press amount.Fatigue strength of 7NOl aluminum aloy FSW joints increased with the increase of press amount. The overall properties of 15mm thick-plate 7NO1 aluminum alloy FSW joints were the best when press amount was 1.0mm ：
