裂缝宽度控制下不同筋材强度利用率研究

AbstractIn the design of general non-prestressed reinforced concrete structural components,the ultimate limit state calculation of bearing capacity and the crack width check are the two main calculation tasks according tothe standards.Dueto the influence of crack width control verification,the reinforcement in some components often cannot reach the design value of material tensile strength used in the calculation of bearing capacity limit state.Therefore,it is necessary to consider the influence of both factors when selecting and configuring reinforcement materials.In this article,based on different strength grades of steel bars and differenttypesoffiber-reinforced polymer bars,formulas forcalculating theutilizationratio of reinforcement strength for crack width control under various loads such as dead load,live load,and hydrostatic pressure are derived according to the relevant design codes’formulas for bearing capacity limit state and crack width control verification. Corresponding numerical solution methods are provided,which enable a macroscopic understanding of the utilization of materialstrength incrack control situations.Finally,aprogram is developed to plot the calculation results into graphs,summarizing the patterns of the results and providing guidance for structural design optimization and material selection considerations.
