Intelligent Transformation of Large-Scale Sports Event Venues Empowered by Digital Technology

Abstract：Theintellgenttransformationoflarge-scalesportseventvenuesisaninevitabletrendinthedigitaleraanda crucial initiative for enhancing event eficacyand competitivenes.Utilizing research methods suchas literaturereview，case analysisandexpertinterviews，thisstudyexplorestheintellgenttransformationof large-scalesportseventvenues empowered bydigital technology.Itsuggeststhattheaction mechanisms in itincludes：transitioning towardsinteligent monitorng to promote comprehensivesecuritycoverage，shifting towardsclusterdynamics toaccelerateeficientdata operationand maintenance，advancing towards human-machine interaction to enable precise oficiating and guarantee，and moving towards greenoperationsto facilitatelow-carbon energy consumption management.During the practical implementationof intellgent transformation，thevenuesencounterchallenges including limitedcomprehensivesecurity coverage，inefficientclustercollboration，non-standardizedhuman-machineinteraction，anddelayedlow-carbon transition. Accordingly，this study proposes pathways for advancement：upgrading comprehensive security systems，reconstructing the computing ecology，optimizing interaction mechanisms ，and transforming energy governance.
