Abstract:Inorder to solve theproblemof dustpollution infullymechanized excavationface,theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and on-site monitoring methods were used to explore the characteristicsof dust stres,diffusion mechanismand itscoupling withairflow field,andan efficient dustcontrolscheme was sought through the optimization experiment of air volume ratio parameters.The results show that the dust control effect is the best when theratioofradialandaxialair distributionof the positive pressure air supplyductis optimized to 8:2 .Theaverage dust mass concentration at the head isreduced from 377.2mg/m3 to 30.2mg/m3 ,theoverall dust concentration of theroadway is greatly reduced,and the purification eficiencyof the dust removal fan is increased to 74.6% .The field application of this scheme can effectively inhibit the dust diffusion,and the dust concentration at the driver of the roadheader decreases by more than 91% .The research conclusions provide a reference forefficientdust preventionand control.
