摘 要 为了适应移动互联网等现代科技发展趋势，破解公共数字文化工程发展中存在的瓶颈问题，本文以国家图书馆联合文化和旅游部全国公共文化发展中心共同建设的公共数字文化工程“两微一端”服务体系中的文旅e家应用程序为例，从业务服务、功能及技术实现的角度叙述对公共数字文化工程的探索性实践。

Abstract Order to adapt to the development trend of modern technology such as mobile Internet， break the development bottlenecks of thepublic digital cultural project， this paper takesthe cultural and tourism e-home application program in the“Two Micro Ends”service system of public digital culture project jointly constructed bythe National Library of China and the National Public Cultural Development Center as an example， from the perspective of business service， function and technology realization to describe the exploratory practice of public digital culture project.
