摘要：新民主主义革命时期，全国党代会妇女代表群体呈数量不断增加、比重不断增大的趋势，妇女代表当选年龄年轻化，整体学历水平较低，籍贯分布不平衡，任职部门性别特色明显。全国党代会妇女代表群体呈现的诸多特征，与全国党代会代表制度的发展、妇女解放运动的深化、女党员结构等因素直接相关。

The Basic Information of Women Delegates to the National Congress of the

Communist Party of China During the Period of the New-Democratic Revolution

Abstract： In the period of the new-democratic revolution， the group of women delegates to the National Congress of the Communist Party of China increased in number and proportion， with women delegates being elected at a younger age， with a lower overall level of education， an unbalanced distribution of native places， and a distinct gender profile of the sectors in which they served. The characteristics of those women delegates are directly related to the development of the system of delegates to the Party Congress， the deepening of the women’s liberation movement， and the structure of women party members.
