小学数学分层异步教学的实施策略探讨

【摘  要】数学教师要勇于突破传统观念，打破壁垒，采用新型的分层异步教学模式提高学生的数学素养。本文就新课改下小学数学课堂分层异步教学的有效运用进行分析，探讨教师如何在新环境下引领学生走上综合素质提高的道路。

【Abstract】Mathematics teachers should have the courage to break through traditional concepts， break down barriers， and adopt a new hierarchical asynchronous teaching mode to improve students' mathematics literacy. This article analyzes the effective use of layered asynchronous teaching in primary school mathematics classrooms under the new curriculum reform， and discusses how teachers can lead students to improve their overall quality in the new environment.
