红细胞输注无效原因分析及解决策略

摘要：目的：分析红细胞输注前后的有效性，进一步探讨红细胞输注无效的影响因素及解决策略。方法：选择2019年1～6月全院住院患者作为研究对象，红细胞输注共2 990例，其中外科患者1 223例，内科患者1 767例，采用凝聚胺法测定红细胞输注情况，分析红细胞输注无效的原因，并制定相应的措施。结果：外科红细胞输注无效率为21.7%，内科无效率为23.0%，外科及内科无效率比较，差异无统计意义（P>0.05）;单因素及多因素Logistic分析结果表明，输血次数、患有自身免疫系统疾病及红细胞制品贮存时间长为全院住院患者红细胞输注无效发生率的影响因素（P
