【摘  要】论文分析了工程勘察企业面临的主要风险及风险特性，从几方面阐明了建立风险防控基金是工程勘察企业规避和化解项目风险、降低风险损失的有效途徑，对企业发展具有重大意义。

【Abstract】This paper analyzes the main risks and risk characteristics faced by engineering survey enterprises， and expounds from several aspects that establishing risk prevention and control fund is an effective way for engineering survey enterprises to avoid and resolve project risks and reduce risk losses， which is of great significance to the development of enterprises.
