食用菌工程训练课程线上线下混合教学模式探索

摘 要：新冠疫情期间，线上教学发挥了非常重要的作用，后疫情时期线上、线下混合教学也已扎根各类课程的教学。该文以食用菌工程训练课程为例，从农业工程训练课程现状入手，探索了农业工程训练课程的线上、线下混合教学模式、课程内容组织和教学评价体系。

Abstract： Online teaching has played a very important role in COVID-19. Online and offline mixed teaching has also taken root in all kinds of courses during the post epidemic period. Taking edible fungi engineering training course as an example， the online and offline mixed teaching mode， course content organization and teaching evaluation system of agricultural engineering training course was explored in this paper， starting from the current situation of agricultural engineering training course，.
