摘 要：通过对子长县涧峪岔镇白家河土地整治项目的项目区概况、项目建设条件、新增耕地来源及水土资源平衡等的分析，合理制定工程建设内容和方案，保护和改善生态环境，增加耕地面积，配套完善排水系统，保障耕地安全，确保土地资源可持续利用。

Abstract： Based on the project area overview， project construction conditions analysis， newly added cultivated land source analysis， and water and soil resource balance analysis of the Baijiahe Land Improvement Project in Jianyucha Town， Zichang County， rationally formulate project construction content and plans to protect and improve the ecology Environment， increase the area of arable land， complete the drainage system， ensure the safety of arable land， and ensure the sustainable use of land resources.
