【Abstract】Aiming at the problems such as lagging standards,easy data tampering,and dificulty in multi-party collaboration inthe field of on-site inspection and testing of new energy charging facilities,combined with the pain pointsoflowefficiencyandeasytamperingof electronicreportsinthe traditional inspectionandtesting mode,this paper proposesadetectionand traceabilitysystemfor new energycharging facilitiesbasedonthe HyperledgerFabricconsortium chain.The system adopts a four-layer architecture of user layer,application layer,blockchain layer and data layer, integrates technologies such assmart contractand JSON Web Token (JWT)authentication,and realizes trusted evidence storage of detection data. Innovate the hierarchical storage strategy of "storing business data on the chain MySQI + storing file hashes on the chain"to break through the performance botleneck of blockchain.Through modules such as user management,inspection application,and result on-chain,acollaborative network among the owner,inspection party, and regulatory partyisconstructed,compressing the traditional inspectionprocessfromseveraldays tothehourlevel. This fills the applicationgapofblockchain inthis field,provides technical supportforthequalityassrance ofcharging facilities,and has positive significance for promoting the implementation of the "dual carbon" strategy.
