攻克产业链间标准壁垒促进钢结构建筑中型钢使用比例

摘要：本文针对国产热轧H型钢用于装配式钢结构建筑持续徘徊在25%的现状，比对了国内外代表钢厂的热轧H型钢产品与工艺特点，从型钢产品标准与工程设计标准规范匹配的角度予以分析，提出了打破产业链间标准的“壁垒”，实现设计与产品的无缝对接，彻底攻克热轧型钢在钢结构建筑领域中的应用推广难题。

Overcome standard barriers between industrial chains and promote the proportion of steel use in steel structure buildings

Abstract： In view of the current situation where domestic hot-rolled H-shaped steel is used in prefabricated steel structure buildings， this paper compares the products and process characteristics of hot-rolled H-shaped steel representative steel mills at home and abroad， analyzes them from the perspective of matching steel product standards and engineering design standards and specifications， and proposes a "barrier" to break the standards between the industrial chain， achieve seamless connection between design and products， and completely overcomes the application and promotion of hot-rolled steel in the field of steel structure construction.
