Application of rubber dynamic vibration absorber on screw shaft

Abstract ： Aiming at the vibration and noise control requirements of stern shaft system，dynamic vibration absorption technology is used to reduce the vibration of equipment system at a specific frequency，reduce the transmission of equipment vibration to the shell，and reduce the underwater radiation noise.The method of theoretical design，simulation analysis and test is used to simulate and analyze the designed disc rubber dynamic vibration absorber，and the design parameters and expected vibration absorption effect of the dynamic vibration absorber are obtained.Byanalyzing the basic performance of the dynamic vibration absorber and combining with the practical application，the vibration absorption effect of the dynamic vibration absorber is tested. The results show that the designed rubber dynamic vibration absorber has better vibration absorption effect.
