政策法规视角下加拿大档案利用服务实践特点及启示

摘要：本文采用政策分析法、网络调查法，对加拿大国家层面的2部政策和9部法律法规做内容解读，并结合加拿大政府门户网站、加拿大图书档案馆官方网站的实践信息，从利用服务主体、客体、对象、内容和方式5个维度说明加拿大档案利用服务特点，并结合我国档案利用服务实际，提出对应5个维度的启示。

Abstract： Using policy analysis and online survey methods， this paper interprets the content of two na？ tional policies and nine laws and regulations related with archives utilization in Canada， and combines prac？ tical information from the Canadian government portal website and the official website of Library and Ar？ chives Canada （LAC） to explain the characteristics of Canadian archives utilization services from five dimen？ sions： service subject， object， target， content， and method. Based on the actual situation of archives utili？ zation services in China， this paper proposes corre？ sponding inspiration in five dimensions.
