Abstract： The studyadopts a hybridarchitecture combining Client/Server （C/S）and Browser/Server （B/S）frameworks， integrates ArcGISAddindevelopmenttechnology，anddesignsanaturalresource statisticalanalysisand auxiliarydecision making system based on Geographic Information System （GIS）. Research demonstrates that the system can perform multidimensional statistical analysis and intellgent reasoning on various resource information such as land use and mineral distribution.It significantlyenhances the overalloperational effciencyof natural resource management and drives the digital transformation of governance systems.
