校企合作模式下通信工程专业应用型人才培养模式探索与实践

【摘要】    校企合作协同育人，是提高学生专业能力、职业能力和创新能力的有效手段，也是高校应用型人才培养的重要途径。本文以兰州工业学院通信工程专业为例，介绍了我校在校企合作方面的探索和实践。

Exploration and practice of applied talents training mode of Communication Engineering Specialty under school enterprise cooperation mode

Absrtact： School enterprise cooperation is an effective means to improve students' professional ability， professional ability and innovation ability， and also an important way to cultivate applied talents in Colleges and universities. Taking the communication engineering major of Lanzhou Institute of technology as an example， this paper introduces the exploration and practice of our school in school enterprise cooperation.

2017年，我校通信工程成功入选教育部-中兴通讯ICT产教融合创新基地项目，与中兴通讯共建教育部ICT产教融合创新基地，校企共同制定人才培养方案，共同实施培养过程，共同打造“双师双能型”师资队伍，共同促进学生创业就业。（剩余3136字）
