从湿热角度探析理养脾阴之法

【摘 要】 脾阴学说是藏象理论的组成部分，后世医家对其内涵进行阐释与发挥，并将其应用于临床实践。在明清湿热理论的影响下，脾湿之论长，而脾阴之说渐消。仔细梳理脾阴与湿热的相关理论，发现脾阴与脾湿不仅对立且是辩证统一，二者在湿热病的证治中相得益彰。并通过分析湿热病证治用药规律，进一步阐释理养脾阴之法。

Abstract：The theory of spleen-yin is a part of visceral manifestion， theory. Doctors of later generations explain it and apply it to clinical practice.Under the influence of the theory of damp-heat in Ming and Qing dynasties，the discussion of the theory of spleen- dampness is more than spleen-yin.Combing the relevant theories of spleen-yin and damp-heat， it is found that they are not only opposite but also dialectical unity， and they complement each other in the diagnosis and treatment of damp-heat disease.And through the analysis of the law of syndrome and treatment of damp-heat disease， the method of regulating and nourishing spleen yin was further explained.

脾阴学说这一概念可归溯于《黄帝内经》与《伤寒论》，其正式确立于明清时期，受到诸多医家的广泛探讨［1］。（剩余6368字）
