中药五苓散类方临床应用进展

【摘要】 五苓散类方出自《伤寒杂病论》，由五苓散化裁而来，是仲景治疗水气病的一类经典处方，临床应用广泛。本文通过查阅文献，结合其药理作用，对五苓散及其类方猪苓汤、苓桂术甘汤、真武汤的主要临床应用进行梳理，以期为医家运用五苓散类方提供新的临床思路。

[Abstract] Wuling Powder categorized formulas are derived from Treatise on Cold Damage and Miscellaneous Diseases and are cut from Wuling Powder. They are Zhang Zhongjing’s classic prescriptions for the treatment of water-gas diseases and are widely used in clinical practice. In this paper， by referring to the literature and combining its pharmacological effects， the main clinical applications of Wuling Powder， Zhuling Decoction， Linggui Zhugan Decoction and Zhenwu Decoction are reviewed in order to provide new clinical ideas for doctors to apply Wuling Powder categorized formulas.
