摘要：西门塔尔牛为乳肉兼用的品种，是世界第二大牛品种，在市场发展的过程中，十分受市场的青睐，已经成为了当下热门的养殖品种之一。在牛养殖业发展过程中，需要根据西门塔尔牛的实际生产条件来进行养殖工作的优化，进一步保障西门塔尔牛的养殖质量。
