安格斯牛引进、研究利用及产业发展现状

摘要:安格斯牛是非常受欢迎的一种肉牛养殖类型,与普通肉牛相比,安格斯牛的肉质品质更高,属于早熟易配型肉牛品种,出肉率较高,对于环境的适应能力较强,是目前肉牛养殖中值得推荐的一种。该文对安格斯牛品种的引进情况进行了分析,并就其研究及利用进行介绍,以期为安格斯牛养殖产业发展提供支持帮助。

Abstract:Angus cattle is a very popular breed of beef cattle. Compared with ordinary beef cattle,Angus cattle have higher meat quality,belong to early mature and easy-to-mate beef cattle,and have higher meat yield,it has strong adaptability to the environment and is one kind of beef cattle breeding worthy of recommendation at present.This paper analyzes the introduction of Angus cattle breeds,and introduces their research and utilization,with a view to providing support for the development of Angus cattle breeding industry.

安格斯牛是蘇格兰阿伯丁安格斯地区特有的肉牛品种,苏格兰地区在安格斯牛培育时,最初使用的方案是贝克韦尔育种方案,安格斯牛最初培育于1808年,在1829年进行了进一步的品种选育,安格斯牛的毛皮颜色主要为黑色和土红色,该品种的牛不长角,部分牛的下部腹部颜色为浅色或者白色,体型较为紧凑,属于低矮类牛,安格斯牛的屠宰率较高,肉质品质优良,公安格斯牛体重在1 t左右,屠宰率在60%~70%,红色成年安格斯牛的体重与黑色成年安格斯牛体重相比稍轻,占黑色成年安格斯牛体重的80%~90%。(剩余4358字)
