摘要：做好动物疫病监测工作，可极大提高疫病防控工作质量，降低疫病发生风险，为动物健康生长创造安全环境。对于动物养殖人员，确保疫病防控工作高效开展，必须重视疫病监测作用，采取多种有效措施，进一步提升动物疫病监测水平，确保养殖安全。

Abstract：Good animal disease monitoring can greatly improve the quality of disease prevention and control，reduce the risk of disease occurrence，and create a safe environment for healthy growth of animals. For animal breeders，in order to ensure the effective prevention and control of epidemic diseases，it is necessary to pay attention to the role of epidemic disease surveillance and take various effective measures to improve the level of animal disease surveillance and ensure the safety of animal breeding.
