金合欢素对大肠杆菌感染小鼠肠道的保护作用

摘要：探索金合欢素对感染大肠杆菌肠道小鼠肠道的保护作用，观察小鼠肠道HE染色情况，用药前后的体重对比、白细胞的变化，对比单一肠道感染大肠杆菌的小鼠，实验表明金合欢素对小鼠肠道黏膜有保护作用。

Protective Effect of Acacia on Intestinal Tract of mice Infected with Eschrichia Coli

Abstract：To explore the protective effect of acacia on intestinal tract of mice infected with E. Coli，and to observe the changes of intestinal HE staining，body weight and white blood cells before and after administration of Acacia，and to compare the effect of acacia on intestinal tract of mice infected with E. coli alone，the results showed that Leucaena had protective effect on Intestinal Mucosa of mice.

采用药敏试验观察金合欢素体外抑菌作用;采用单因素随机试验设计将实验小鼠随机分为3组：空白组、金合欢素组和大肠杆菌组，预饲1周，试验期为7 d，测量试验前后体重，肉眼观察，采集肠道制作病理切片分析不同处理肠道黏膜形态结构。（剩余2030字）
