专业综合评估背景下物流类专业人才创新实践能力培养体系研究

摘  要:文章基于普通高校专业评估标准,分析了目前物流类专业人才培养存在的问题,根据专业综合评估中定位与目标、师资队伍、教学资源、培养过程、学生发展、专业优势与特色六个内涵要求,构建了以创新实践能力为目标的培养体系,以提高物流类专业人才的创新实践能力。

Abstract: Based on the professional evaluation standards of colleges and universities, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the talent training of logistics majors. According to the six connotation requirements in the comprehensive evaluation of majors, namely, positioning and objectives, teaching staff, teaching resources, training process, student development, professional advantages and characteristics, it constructs a training system aiming at innovative practical ability. In order to improve the innovation and practice ability of logistics professionals.
