摘 要：介绍了一种汽车侧门分装台架的组成结构、工作原理和使用过程，简要分析了该分装台架在开发过程中解决的技术问题和解决技术问题时所采取的技术方案，总结了该分装台架机构的技术应用带来的有益效果。

Discussion about the Development Technology of a Vehicle Side Door Sub-assembly Bench

Abstract：The composition， working principle and use process of an automobile side door sub-assembly bench are introduced. The technical problems solved in the development process of the sub-assembly bench and the technical solutions adopted to solve the technical problems are briefly analyzed. The beneficial effects brought by the technical application of the sub-assembly gantry mechanism are obtained.

1 概述

在样车试制阶段，汽车侧门分装方式大部分采用将侧门内外板总成装在车身上之后再进行整个侧门零部件的分装，并非单独将侧门所有零部件装好之后再将侧门总成装到车身上。（剩余3914字）
