商用车线束五防研究

[摘要]对商用车常见线束失效模式进行梳理分析,归纳总结出五大失效模式:进水、磨损、受力、虚接、烫坏,进而针对性地提出线束五防,即防水、防磨、防受力、防虚、防热源。

Research on Five Protections of Commercial Vehicle Wiring Harness

Abstract: The common failure modes of wiring harnesses for commercial vehicles are sorted out and analyzed,and five failure modes are summarized,including water ingress,abrasion,stress,virtual connection and scalding,and then five protection for wiring harnesses are proposed,namely waterproof,anti-wear,anti-stress,anti-virtual connection and anti-heat source.
