系统论视角看高校图书馆管理刍议

摘 要：本文用系统论、控制论、信息论的理论阐述高等院校图书馆管理应用，指出图书馆管理的方向应以三论为指导方针，更新管理观念，理顺管理思路，贯彻系统思想，把握动态控制，完善信息处理，促进高校建立有效运转的图书馆工作体系。

Abstract：In this paper，with the theory of system theory，cybernetics and information theory in this paper，the colleges and universities library management application，points out the direction of the library management should be based on the three guidelines，update the management idea，straighten out the management idea，implement the system of ideas，grasp the dynamic control，perfect the information processing，promote the work at the library of colleges and universities to establish effective operating system.
