摘    要：单点内转塔是海上浮式储油船（FSO）的核心关键装备之一，内转塔月池的加工及安装至关重要。结合我司“凤凰洲”油轮改装成“海洋石油121” FSO的成功经验，本文主要介绍单点内转塔月池加工精度控制、加工状态选取原则、加工方案设计，希望对后续类似的改造工程提供参考。

Abstract： The single point inner turret is one of the core key equipment of Futong Showa Optical （FSO）， and the installation of the inner turret and the hull structure is critical. Based on the successful experience of the oil tanker "Phoenix Castle" converted into the FSO "Ocean Petroleum 121"， this paper mainly introduces the precision control of single point inner turret moonpool machining， machining status selection principles， and machining plan design， to provide reference opinions on similar reconstruction projects in the future.

1     概述

“凤凰洲号”为一艘110 000 DWT原油船，钢质单甲板、双壳、单桨、柴油机推进，由中船舶708所设计，大连船舶重工建造，于2006年1月建造完工，2020年5月完成改造为“海洋石油121”FSO。（剩余4214字）
