“虾稻连作”对粮食生产的影响研究——以湖北省为例

摘要 以湖北省为例,从粮食生产的现状和存在的问题入手,阐述了“虾稻连作”模式对提升粮食质量的重要意义,分析了“虾稻连作”对粮食生产的有利影響和其面临的困境,并就“虾稻连作”的进一步推广以维护粮食安全提出对策建议。

Research on the Impact of Shrimp and Rice Continuous Cropping on Grain Production—A Case Study of Hubei Province

Abstract Taking Hubei Province as an example,starting from the status quo and existing problems of grain production, it expounds the importance of the “shrimp and rice continuous cropping” mode in improving grain quality, analyzes the beneficial effects of “shrimp and rice continuous cropping” on grain production and the difficulties it faces, and discusses the “shrimp and rice continuous cropping” model.Suggestions were put forward for further promotion of“continuous cropping of shrimp and rice” to maintain food security.
