乡村振兴背景下民族地区基层图书馆发展策略研究

——以四川省凉山彝族自治州为例

摘 要：民族地区基层图书馆有着地域偏远、经济欠发达、风俗文化特殊等特点，其发展具有特殊性。文章以凉山彝族自治州图书馆为例，介绍当地少数民族地区基层图书馆的发展现状，分析存在的问题，提出在乡村振兴背景下民族地区基层图书馆的发展策略，以期充分发挥民族地区基层图书馆的多重职能，助力乡村振兴。

Research on the Countermeasures for the Development of Grass-roots Libraries in Minority Areas under the Background of Rural Revitalization：Case Study of Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture in Sichuan Province

Abstract：The grass-roots libraries in minority areas are characterized by remote region， underdeveloped economy， special customs and culture， and their development has particularity.Taking the Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture Library as an example， this paper introduces the development status of grass-roots libraries in local minority areas， analyzes the problems of that， and puts forward countermeasures for the development of grass-roots libraries in minority areas under the background of rural revitalization， so as to play the multiple functions of that to help rural revitalization.
