基于ITIL架构的IT运维服务在企业管理中的应用

摘要:文章通过基于ITIL的运维管理体系基础架构的设计理念,实现企业对IT问题事件的有效管理,对于IT运维人员的责任心和工作量起到统计作用。变被动为主动的工作方式、降低运维成本,提高了IT人员的工作效率,使得各企业在IT的服务中得到一个新的提升。

Application of it Operation and Maintenance Service Based on ITIL Architecture in Enterprise Management

Abstract: This paper will realize the enterprise's management of it problems and events, the whole process monitoring of the treatment of problems, the problem-solving process, the methods adopted and the results of solutions, and play a statistical role in supervising the responsibility and workload of it operation and maintenance personnel. Change the passive to active working mode, reduce the operation and maintenance cost, improve the work efficiency of IT personnel, and make enterprises get a new improvement in IT services.

目前,國内大多数企业的IT系统在建设初期并未对系统进行整体长期规划与设计,信息系统发展建设也仅仅是为满足企业业务系统不断增长的需要,一般都是单纯通过扩大企业IT系统规模、增加设备、扩容应用系统等对企业发展进行支撑和保障。(剩余4626字)
