Study on the Treatment and Reuse Technology of Gold Ore Beneficiation and Metallurgical Wastewater

Abstract:Thegoldore beneficiationandmetallrgical wastewatercontainscyanide,heavymetals,andrecalcitrantorganic compounds,with complex composition,strong toxicityand poorbiodegradability.Basedonitspolltion characteristics, the multi-stage coupledsystemisconstructed withthecoreofqualityseparationanddiversion,cyanideoxidation,heavy metal precipitation,airflotationseparation,filtration,deepoxidationand membranecrystallzation.Throughparameter optimizationandunitintegration,theclasificationreductionofpolutantsandstablecontrolofwaterqualityareachieved, forminga closed-loop technical system covering source control,processtreatmentandenduse reuse,and providing engineering support for theresource utilization and near zero discharge of goldore beneficiation and metallurgical wastewater.

金矿选冶废水主要来源于氰化浸出、浮选、浓密脱水与洗矿等环节,污染物以氰化物、重金属和有机药剂为主,质量浓度高、毒性强、成分波动大,传统生化法与单一氧化法难以稳定达标[1]。(剩余4847字)
