Study on Industrial Wastewater Resource Utilization Treatment Based on Membrane Separation Technology

Abstract: Membraneseparation technologyhas theadvantages of high separation eficiency,low energyconsumption,and easyoperation,andhasgreatpotential intheresourceutilizationtreatmentofindustrial wastewater.Buildamulti-stage membrane separationprocess systemsuchasreverseosmosis,ultrafitration,andnanofiltrationtoachieveeficientremoval of polutantsandresourcerecovery.Amongthem,theremovalrateofheavy metalions inelectroplating wastewaterexceeds 95% ,the removal rate of chemical oxygen demand in chemical wastewater exceeds 92% ,the removal rate of suspended solids in pharmaceutical wastewater reaches 99.9% ,and the recovery rate of heavy metal ions is over 85% , providing an effective technical path for industrial wastewater treatment.
