Current Status of Heavy Metal Pollution and Control Measures in the Motianling Lead-Zinc Mining Area， Guangxi

Abstract：Inresponseto thecurrent situationofheavy metal pollution inthe Motianling lead-zinc miningareaof Guangxi ZhuangAutonomous Region，acomprehensiveanalysisofthestatusandsourcesofheavymetalpollution insoilandwater wasconductedusing methodssuchasfield investigation，samplecollctionandtesting，nddataanalysis.Thecharacteristics andpaternsofheavy metalpollutioninthe miningarea wererevealed.Theresults showedthatthezinccontentinthesoilof theminingareaexceededthestandard insomeareas，andtherewerecasesofzincandarsenicexceedingthestandardbefore the mine waterinflowwas treated.Finalytargetedcontrolmeasuresforheavymetalpolutioninminingareasareproposed， providing theoreticalsupportforfuturegeologicalenvironmentprotection，landreclamation，andecologicalrestorationwork inminingareas.Thisisofgreatpracticalsignificanceforachievinggreenandsustainabledevelopmentinminingareas.
