Analysis of Water Quality Protection and Environmental Management Methods for Drinking Water Source Areas

Abstract:As an important guarante for urban water supply,the waterqualityandsafetyof drinking water sources are directly related topeople'sphysical healthand thesustainabledevelopmentof thesocial economy.Atpresent,China's drinking water sources are facing multiplethreatssuch as industrialpollution,agricultural non-point source polution, and domesticsewagedischarge.Polltionsourcesare becoming more complexanddiversified,andtheconflictbetween protection anddevelopment is intensifying.Themanagement systemand mechanismurgently need to be improved.Onthe basis ofanalyzingthecurrentsituationandchalenges ofwaterqualityprotection,acomprehensive protectionmethodsystem covering soureontrol,processitereption,ndedofppeprotectionisonstructed,ndevironmentalmgeent strategies are proposed.
