Abstract:Focusingon theformation mechanismand emergency control strategies ofsevereair polution in Shenyang city duringautumnand winter,thecontributionsof multiple sources ofpollution such as industrial coal combustion,mobile sources and external transmission arequantified by constructing high-resolution emission inventories and Weather Research andForecasting-CommunityMultiscaleAirQuality(WRF-CMAQ)model,revealing the keydriving factors behind the explosive growth of fine particulate matter ( PM2.5. ).Onthis basis,the performance grading differentiated emission reductionstrategyforkeyindustries isproposed,andthesmartsupervisionsystemformobilesources,non-pointsources andcateringsouresisexplored,ultimately,thelong-termcontrolmechanismcenteredonenergyoptimization,dustrial upgrading andregional coordinationisconstructed.Theresearchresultsprovideasystematiccontrolpathfor Shenyang city and similar cities to cope with severe air pollution.
