Abstract:Nitrogenand phosphorus emission managementisakeytask fortheTaihuLakeBasin toachievegreen environmental protectionand high-qualitydevelopment.In viewof theexisting problemsof nitrogenand phosphorus emission control inthe the Taihu Lake Basin,from thedual perspectiveof managementandtechnology,this paper proposestobuildadigitalintegratednitrogenandphosphorusemisiontechnologysystem,introducemultiplegoverance technologies,andstablishfullifecclenitrogenandposphorusemisionmanagementsystem,withaviewtoiproving the overall level of nitrogen and phosphorus emissions in the the Taihu Lake Basinatthis stage.
