Abstract:Thesystematicstudyisconductedonthecostcomposition,benefitperformanceandbalancemechanismofwaste clasification,basedonpracticaldatafrommultiplecities,thestructural characteristicsoffixed investment,operating costsandopportunitycostsare specificallyanalyzed to evaluate theiractualbenefits inenvironmental improvementand resourceutilization,furthermore,thecostrecoverycycle,technological path impactandkeyrisk factorsareexplored, andpolicyrecommendationsare proposedtooptimizetechnicaleficiency,improvedriving mechanismsand strengthen public participation.Theresearchaims to provide practical basisand decision-makingsupportfor improving the financial sustainability and resource utilization benefits of waste classification.
