Abstract：Basedontheanalysis oftheconceptof marine ecosystems，this paper constructsasystematic evaluationmodel andsustainableutilization model.This model hasachievedsignificantresults inimprovingthelevelof ecological services， optimizingresource allocation，and achievingabalance between ecological security and socio-economic dynamics.It hasoperabilityand promotional value，providing scientificbasisand technical supportfortheasessmentandsustainable utilization of marine ecosystem service functions.
