Abstract：TheYelowRiverBasinisfacingdual pressuresofwaterresourceshortagesandfragileecological environments. Byestablishing acomprehensive technical system centered onprecision water-saving irigation，intelligentcontrol and resourcerecycling，thekey issues such as lowwaterresourceutilization effciency intraditional irigationmethods areeffectivelyaddressed.IntegratedtechnologieshaveraisedtheirigationwaterutilizationcoeffcienttoO.78and the fertilizer utilization rate to 48% ，providing crucial technical support for sustainable agricultural development in the Yellow River Basin.
