Analysis of Solid Waste Resource Utilization Technology in Coal Mining Areas

Abstract:Inorder topromotetheresourceutilizationofsolid wasteincoal mining areas,the physicaland chemical propertiesofcoal gangueandflyashareanalyzed,and pre-treatment technologyparameterssuchasscreeningandcrushing are studied,and conversion technologies suchas building material preparationandbackfillminingarealsoexplored. Theresearch results indicatethatthecompressive strength of sintered bricks reaches15.2MPa,theflexural strength is 2.8 MPa,and the water absorption rate is 12% ,all meeting the design requirements.The 28 d compressive strength of backfill materials is 3.5MPa ,the bonding strength is 0.8MPa ,the backfilling rate in goaf reaches 95% ,and the roof subsidence is controlled within 50mm ,all complying with the design standards.These findings can provide technical references for the resource utilization of solid waste in coal mining areas.
