Study on Resource Recovery Technology for Heavy Metals in Industrial Wastewater

Abstract:Theresourcerecoverytechnologyofheavymetalsinindustrialwastewaterissystematicexplored,withafocus on new separation and enrichment methods,resource conversion and high-value utilization pathways,and proposing process enhancementand system integration strategies.By studying thecoupling processof selective adsorptionmaterials, eficientmembraneseparation,electrodeposition,andelectrodialysis,eficientecoveryandconversionofheavymetalsis achieved.Bycombiningthepreparationofanomaterials,integratedreductioncystallzationproesses,ndtheaplication ofcomposite functional materials,therecoveryeficiencyandproductaddedvaluearesignificantlyimproved.Atthesame time,thereactionseparationcollabrativesystemisconstructed,optimizingthemultiunitcouplingprocessandefectively reducing energy consumptionand environmental impact.The research results provide theoretical supportand technical referencefortheresourceutilizationofheavymetalsinindustrial wastewater,whichisof greatsignificanceforpromoting the development of green,low-carbon and circular economy.
