Study on Accurate Analysis of Total Phosphorus in Industrial Wastewater and Efficient Separation and Recycling Technology of Phosphate

Abstract:Withtheaccelerationofindustrializationandurbanization,totalphosphoruspolutioninindustrial wastewater has become themain environmental problemleading toeutrophicationof waterbodies.The systematic study is conductedon the preciseanalysisoftotalphosphorusinindustrialwastewater,eficientseparationandrecyclingtechnologyofphosphate, witha focus onexploring eficientseparation methodssuchaschemical precipitation,adsorption,membrane separation technology,and analyzing thetechnicalpath of phosphate recoveryandutilization.Research has shown thatoptimizing the pre-treatment processand instrumentanalysis parameterscansignificantly improve theaccuracyof total phosphorus determination;theuseof new nanoadsorbent materialsand modified biocharcanachieve highlyselectiveseparationof phosphates.At the sametime,therecyclingof phosphorus resourcesnotonlyreduces environmental pressure,but also createseconomicbenefits.This study provides feasible technicalsolutionsanddevelopment directions forthecontroland resource utilization of phosphorus pollution in industrial wastewater.
